​Hello beloved guests, the future Mr. & Mrs. Priest invite you to join them on their special day in the beautiful Caribbean island of Cozumel, Mexico.

We will then contact you directly within a day or 2 to complete your reservation.  

How do i book my reservation? 

Complete the form and Celia will be contacting you within 72 hours to gather all the pertinent information to create your reservation. 

Do I have to pay in full at time of booking?

No. A deposit will be required to lock in your price. The deposit is $100 per person + plus travel protection for a land only reservation.  If flights are added the deposit will be a little higher.  You can then make make a payment plan that fits your budget.  Payment in full is due February 1, 2023.  
​Deposit is non-refundable.

How long do i have to book?  

To take advantage of the group price guarantee, you can book with deposit up until October 15, 2022.  There are limited room type availability. 

What will be included in my package?  

Roundtrip Airport/Hotel transportation 
Preferred Club All Inclusive accommodations - including all meals and drinks while in resort. 
Scheduled Wedding activities
Travel Protection ​

What is not included?

-Optional excursions
-Spa services
-Meals outside resort 
-Personal purchases
-Flights.  But can be added. 

Do I need to be vaccinated to go to mexico?  

Not as of today.  The only restriction is social distance from people not in your group. Masks in inside areas are optional. 

What if I need to cancel? 

If you added the travel protection. You can cancel anytime up until 72 hours prior to departure and receive a full travel credit less the original deposit of $100 per person and travel protection price.  Option for a Cash refund also available for a higher premium.
If no travel protection added, cancelation penalties will apply.  

What about flights? 

Flights can be included in your package.  Celia will provide price quote with and without flights.  If you have airline credits or credit card points that you would like to use, you can certainly book your flights on your own.  You will need to submit the flight details so your transportation is arranged accordingly.

If you fly into Cancun, you will need to take a ferry to Cozumel on your own.  

Do I need a passport? 

Yes!! You will need the BOOK passport with an expiration date no sooner than November 1, 2023.
​ie. If you passport expires before November 1 of 2023, please renew it now.  If you do not have a passport, please start the process ASAP. 
Make an appointment at your local Passport office or Post office.

What if I want to book my room on expedia or cheap internet booking site.com?   

Any reservations made outside the group cannot attend the group events without the Bride & Groom paying additional fees (approx. $200 per person)  Your package will have a best price guarantee at time of booking. 
Please consider this is a very special life moment event for them.  The extra savings of $5 - $20 a night may end up costing more in the long run when you have to add and manage your own transportation, flights changes, travel protection, keep up with ongoing changing restrictions, etc.

Travel Protection with travel credit cancel for any reason will range from $49.99 to $99.99 per person depending on package total. 
Travel Protection Insurance for during travel protection only will range from $29.99 to $79.99 per person.  

Flight cost will depend on Published fares at time of booking.  Can be added to package or purchased directly with airline. 

What is the payment plan? and how do I pay? 

1st payment: Non-Refundable Deposit of $100 per person plus the travel protection will be due at time of booking to reserve your room. 
If flights are added, the deposit will be higher.  It depends on the air carrier. They all require a different deposit amount.  I will give you a quote. 

2nd payment:  50% of  remaining balance will be due by November 1, 2022.  

3rd payment: Final balance due by February 1, 2023.  
Custom Payment Plan:
​You can make additional payments for any amount at any time as long as the minimum is made by the 2 dates required.  

Example: 
4 Nights Double Ocean View Room with travel protection (no flights):
Balance $1,802 (total for 2).
Deposit $350.  (new balance $1,452)
Due by 11/1/22: $726
Final balance 2/1/23 $726

Payments: After I create your booking, you will receive a payment link to make your payments directly with credit card or I can make them on your behalf if you submit a credit card authorization form.
