How do i book my reservation?
Complete the form and Celia will be contacting you within 72 hours to gather all the pertinent information to create your reservation.
Do I have to pay in full at time of booking?
No. A deposit will be required to lock in your price. The deposit price depends on room type and if flights are added. You can then make make a payment plan that fits your budget. Payment in full is due April 15, 2025.
Deposit is $150 per person for Accommodations only. Non-Refundable. Deposit with flights will vary. Options will be provided. How long do i have to book?
To be included in the group, you can book up until November 1, 2024. Keep in mind that this is an open group. The price or room type is not locked in until you make your deposit. It's a first come, first serve basis. Those who book first, get the best price.
What will be included in my package?

What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime up until 14 days prior to departure and receive a full travel credit less the deposit and during travel protection price if no flights are in the package.
Option for a Cancel for any reason up until 72 hours (if flights were added) for travel credit or Cash refund also available for a higher premium. What about flights?
Flights can be included in your package. Celia will provide price quote with and without flights. If you have airline credits or credit card points that you would like to use, you can certainly book your flights on your own. You will need to submit the flight details so your transportation is arranged accordingly.
Do I need a passport?
Yes!! You will need the book passport with an expiration date no sooner than December 17, 2025.

Any reservations made outside the group cannot attend the group events without the Bride & Groom paying additional fees. Your package will have a best price guarantee at time of booking and will also be receiving an additional $25 - $100 off (depending on total package price).
Please consider this is a very special life moment event for them. The extra savings of $5- $15 a night may end up costing more in the long run when you have to add and manage your own transportation, travel protection, keep up with ongoing changing restrictions, etc. |
